SHREK FOREVER AFTER

USA
2010
93 minutes

Disappointed and bored with his life as a husband and father, Shrek unwittingly signs a Faustian pact with the trickster Rumpelstiltskin and finds himself thrown into an alternate Far Far Away in which he was never born. The final animated adventure of the green ogre is a lively variation on It's a Wonderful Life, its tone more mature and less frantic than the two previous sequels, providing an adequate ending to the series.
